Breakfast with Obama

Progress Party Spokesperson on Environmental Issues, Ketil Solvik-Olsen, had breakfast with US President Obama in Washington D.C.

Solvik-Olsen was in Washington D.C. to attend the National Prayer Breakfast, which is an annual event hosted by members of the United States Congress.

"I was invited to the National Prayer Breakfast because I have engaged in questions regarding faith and values", says Solvik-Olsen, who also found time to meet with key people involved in energy and environmental issues.

Solvik-Olsen is very impressed with the new administration and their approach to environmental challenges. "They are concerned with action rather than words", says Solvik-Olsen.
