Choir performed for the Progress Party

On Friday May 13th 2011 the Israeli girls’ choir Shani performed for the delegates at the Progress Party`s 38th National Convention at Clarion Hotel Oslo Airport Gardermoen. The singers of the “Shani” Girls’ Choir, aged 13-18 are Jewish and Arab, Christian and Muslim from the towns and villages of the Central Galilee and Jezree Valley. The choir had toured Norway, and made a last stop at the Progress Party`s convention, before they travelled back to Israel. Shani`s performance is featured below. Journalist Bjorn Borge Lunde from FrPMedia also took the opportunity to have a short talk with Uri Ben David, “MIFNE” Project Manager at The Jezreel Valley Music Center.
