The Office of the Auditor General agrees with the Progress Party

The Office of the Auditor General’s Investigation into Restructuring in the Defence Sector concludes that the operative abilities of the Norwegian Armed Forces have seriously declined due to years of under financing. 

“This is exactly what we have been saying for years”, says Per Ove Width, Progress Party Spokesperson on Defence.

“I hope Parliament will take these conclusions seriously and make sure our Armed Forces receives the financial support they need to be able to sustain a viable defence for our country”, Width says.
